The website was clear and easy to use. There were always customer service representatives online to assist with my questions. The doctor was polite and respectful.

Doctor was a no show. Chat help took 15 minutes to respond. Misleading schedule will let you pick times that there's no doctors for. I heard the customers were being influenced to give good reviews so I want to give an honest one. I ended up canceling after getting frustrated and went to another vendor.

As others with chronic conditions can likely attest, doctors can sometimes be dismissive or dubious of our complaints,but NuggMD made me feel heard and validated.
