The website was clear and easy to use. There were always customer service representatives online to assist with my questions. The doctor was polite and respectful.

Doctor was a no show. Chat help took 15 minutes to respond. Misleading schedule will let you pick times that there's no doctors for. I heard the customers were being influenced to give good reviews so I want to give an honest one. I ended up canceling after getting frustrated and went to another vendor.

I couldn't be more pleased with the ease and convenience of applying for applying for my medical cannabis card through NuggMD. The website is easy to navigate and simple to use. Within a very short period of time this morning, I was speaking with a physician via teleconference for final approval, and his courtesy, understanding, patience, and clear explanations were 1st rate. As others with chronic conditions can likely attest, doctors can sometimes be dismissive or dubious of our complaints,but NuggMD made me feel heard and validated. Unless you've walked the path of chronic pain you wouldn't know the burden that's lifted when one's struggle is recognized and hope offered for some relief. Thank you, NuggMD. I didn’t know until today how much I needed to find you!

They make it very simple to get your medical card.

The process was so easy. I have been using hemp-based products, legally purchased, for a few years. Since that is going to go away, I wanted to make sure I was covered. Signed up, spoke to the doctor, and done.

I was told it was fast and easy! I signed up on the app answered some questions was pre approved in minutes then asked to set up appointment the location is about a 40 minute drive and the first available is over a week away, ridiculous in my opinion. Also was charged 148 first thing before all this so I feel trapped into the whole thing !!!

Awesome. Fast process. Live in GA and needed THC to help with chemo induced nausea, vomiting,loss of appetite, etc. Only medical in GA. Filled the online forms. Was scheduled an appointment with MD an hour later. Was contacted in 30 min due to MD available. Interview took a couple of minutes. Professional. Thirough. Easy to apply

Takes weeks to get an authorization the state requires, support tells you to get lost and wait.

Completed my application. received an email to video call with Dr. Miller. waited in the waiting room for about 10 minutes. Then Dr. came available. All I seen was his photo. But was able to hear him. He asked if I ever had a medical card before, I said no. He confirmed my conditions and said he was approving my application. Asked if I had any questions and said i would receive a couple emails with approval. Instantly created a patient portal. Your doctor will submit your certification to the State of Georgia. The state will process it and email you your digital medical cannabis card within 1–3 business days. I can also purchase a physical plastic card from the state after register with the state of GA.

The process was very easy and they listened to my reasoning instead of just shoving me away. I highly recommend. They truly cared to try and help my pain being I have already had one back surgery at the age of 24.

By far the easiest process to follow. I got approved within minutes, & they are sending my virtual card in 1-3 days.
