Great Experience took no more than 15 minutes to get my medical card in a file and within the hour I was able to go to a nugg location wasn’t to sure on the file of the medical card but the staff at nugg San Leandro were very welcoming and helped me out 10/10

A neighbor referred me to NuggMd and I finally took the time to get my card that I've been putting off for years, because every other place was annoying to deal with. I was signed up and approved within 30 minutes of filling the forms out. The doctor was very nice and explained things well, but overall everything was great.

I thought this was gonna be easy, I've been in pain for years MS, arthritis, fibromyalgia to name a few. So after years of suffering and being told the process is is and have many certified Dr. I went online did paperwork paid the fee, spoke with a Dr. By name Josia Henry MD on September 3rd 2024 at 11:32 AM. After speaking with Dr I was told I was approved give it 24 hours then go to site fill out the paperwork through my state for my medical marijuana card, when I did the Dr approval certificate was still not in system, so I gave it a few more days, still nothing, so I contacted a support team representative on NuggMDby name of Adam whom has been helpful, but today is September 9, 2024 and Adam has stated he told his supervisor and has tried to get in touch with the Dr. I spoke with he stated he has sent several messages and still not heard back from the Dr. That was Thursday last week still nothing, at this point I just want my money back for the fee of the Dr. They were quick to take my money, yet still the state hasn't received anything and it's been 6 days, I've been patient but I've lost hope and am on fixed disability income and can't afford to pay for a service not rendered. Super simple very easy to fill out information. Doctors super nice approved me right away. Definitely the best place to get your medical card at.

There was about a 15 minute wait before the MD was able to connect to the phone/laptop camera and then it didn’t go through so he graciously called my telephone number and that worked out. Other than that technical snafu it went great and I would highly recommend it.

It was easier than I thought I've gotten medical licenses in the past which was also pretty easy but I had to go to the place itself so online it was very easy I was having problems with the online chat so they called me The doctor was really polite and very professional and they got me in my medical license because I have cancer and I'm starting to make my own edibles and I wanted to do it the legal way here in California and be safe so yeah please check them out It was real quick everything was done within a few minutes I had to wait for the doctor that took about maybe 5 minutes and then I talked to her for another 5 minutes and then they text me or emailed me my card and their mailing one out in the mail to so check them out.

You love me. The process was simple and easy to accomplish. I’m so glad that my card is going to be issued within the next 30 days from the state and that I’ll have access to it online. The only downside I see is it’s only good in Minnesota I’m going to be traveling to Tennessee so I’ll probably have to get another one when I’m get to Tennessee For the winter
