On January 31, 2025 this company took $234 off my aunt's card. She doesn't have an account with them nor has she ever had an account with them. I sent a message that same day asking for the money to be put back on the card and the customer service lady got extremely rude said "Obviously she has an account or we wouldn't have charged her", even though I just explained she's never had an account with them.Business ResponseDate:02/05/2025Thank you for reaching out. thought it was gonna be hard to get but i applied paid nd then waited literally 2 minutes and got approved on zoom by a doc then i had to wait 2days (only bc i kept messing up) for my card in email and now im waiting for a physical card this week!!ez

The process in getting my over the phone evaluation with the doctor was super quick after applying for my medical card. Approved fast and the instructions for the registration process was fairly simple just have to know how to follow directions correctly.

The doc was amazing, very fast, very good people, only difficult things about it was getting the state application filled out n completed, they don't really tell to evening u need to know to get it done properly. But all in all great pep....
