I have been with NuggMD for several years now , my experience every time I have to renew is always a very positive one . I just wish they still sent the ID cards. Thank you to all the dr’s at NuggMD , for using your expertise to help me address my situation .

I was recommended by a local pain specialist to obtain a NJ Medical Card from NuggMD several years ago. It was the best chronic pain relief in years without prescribed medication. The user-friendly application process was easy. The doctor appointment was and continues to be with a nearby & local South Jersey physician. This is a big plus. Chat Agents are terrific for any issues. Highly recommend NuggMD for those needing chronic pain management.

To be honest I did have some trouble applying on line but that was my fault for not having all my paperwork in one place!(My bad) But after telling theREMOVEDassistance of my trouble,aREMOVEDfrom NuggMD called me at home within a minute and help me finish the enrollment and did my exam over the phone! Received my state card in 7days!??This was my first time using NuggMD and I got the 2yr. plan. I would definitely recommend them!

OMG. I ordered my favorite strain just back in stock but my dispensary said they had to cancel it because my certification expired!!! Within 10 minutes of contacting nuggmd I was recertified (just waiting for email that contains the certification to show my dispensary).

I love hope easy this was the process took a day to registered with the state but the call and everything was simple to the point and there was help all along the way, much appreciated.

I had a video chat with the physician that asked me some questions about my experience with using medical marijuana. I told her that it helps control my diabetes, my ptsd and my neuropathy. She said that was great and she told me that I was approved for another year. I thanked her and that ended our video chat.

Paid my fee, and never heard back. When I saw the charge on my card I contacted their customer "service". Their "service" is short, rude, and accusatory. Blame ME for not asking about he charge - that's why I did just that. I was told I was "rejected".REMOVED??? Never heard from anyone, no doctor, no messages, no calls,REMOVEDI'm dealing with a fraudulent charge to my card, to find out they charged me THREE times.

The folks at NuggMD are awesome! The staff is knowledgeable and ready to help with any and all questions, and always pleasant.

They were so fast and efficient, and the doctor I talked to gave me specific instructions on which strain to use when.

The process was quick and seamless and saw the questions correctly and I was able to get my card within 15 minutes but I had to print out the paper first.

Good service, works very well just got my med card. Costs around 110-120$, and if that saves you money like it does for me then it’s worth it.
