Definatly does not add stress to a process that you have to take to manage a life situation that most likely is already causing stress , I highly recommend!

this service doesn’t work and then when it doesn’t work, they won’t issue you a refund. Avoid a bunch of frustration and wasted money and just go somewhere else.

The renewal process was easy and I did receive a real phone call from a MD who confirmed my eligibility. What I was NOT told is that I was renewing my existing certificate of recommendation one month early and the NuggMD company did not extend my existing renewal by a year. Instead they used today's date to renew only for 11 months more than my existing certificate.

I have been to in person and online services over the last 12 years. This has been the fastest and easiest one. I was contacted by the doctor within minutes for my renewal even though it was the day after Christmas. I know he reviewed my info and saw clearly my multiple disease processes. I was renewed without a lot of discussion as I clearly am an appropriate patient. I appreciate that.

I sat on the waiting room screen for over 15 minutes, so I switched browser tabs to do something else while I waited. As soon as I heard the alert, I switched tabs but the doctor had already said I missed my appointment. So I did it again and had to wait just as long, but sitting staying at the screen the whole time. Then I was told it'd take 24-48 hours for the doctor to upload the recommendation. A complete waste of time.

Scheduled my appointment over the phone went threw all the motions, for them to call me an hour before my appointment saying they can refund me but may take up to 7-10 business days but they can’t let me see a doctor because I’m under 21. This isn’t the first time I ran into this problem so when I ask before paying you guys I’d like the right answer.

I have just entered my 3rd year of the 3 year membership. From the first appointment I had, with a Wonderful doctor, I have never regretted being part of the NuggMD community. The doctors took the time to, carefully, go over my medical records and medications, I was already taking. We talked a lot, in depth about different strains and other options besides just smoking cannabis. NuggMD was suggested to me 2 years ago by a Friend. I will also, pass the word along to my Friends, if any are interested. I've had the best experience, treated with respect, kindness and a sincere regard for my ailments.
