customer service is good but not happy with the renew fee I think it should half the price off if you're renewing for doctor Clearence and recertification

NuggMD online is a big joke! Booked an appointment 4 days in advance, drove and hour and a half and the doctor wasn't even there, nor did NuggMD even bother to schedule the appointment! Knew the doctor was going to be out at my appointment time yet no one reached out to me via, phone, text, or email. Was promised a call back in 3 days which never came either. Took my money, have tied it up now for 2 weeks while I await a full refund. Nothing but excuses and blaming everything on the doctor when it was clearly their fault! They are only in it for the money. Wasted my time, gas and patience on this company and nothing to show for it. I was even told by staff that I wasn't the only one this happened to, as there were 2 others that day who didn't see a doctor either. They told me this happens all the time. The whole thing sounds like a scam to get your money. I'm willing to bet most of these reviews here are fake or paid reviews. THE ENTIRE OPERATION STINKS OF RED FLAGS! What I really don't like is now they have all my vital information and I have nothing!! Do yourself a favor if you want a Medical Marijuana Card, go local not some fly by night online company. Horrible, Horrible experience. You have to wonder about a company that has no phone support, or is unwilling to call you when there's a problem. NEGATIVE STARS IN MY BOOK!!

I see all the great reviews for nub on the website, but frankly, I think they’re terrible. I had to submit my identification multiple times, I was in their chat for over an hour and a half resolve. Nothing, spent three hours plus one initially attempting to renew my medical Marijuana card. I sincerely would not recommend nubb.

For what you are , everything was great until I found out that I didn't need you . In Delaware you can self - certify if you are over 65 so I didn't need you . I'm not worried about the money because I should have investigated further before contacting you .

I do recommend NuggMD for my cannabis license it simply easy and confident.

This was one of the best experiences I ever had with an online doctor ! The doctor I worked with was VERY FRIENDLY and knowledgeable. And it didn’t take but a few minutes and I was approved for my license! Now I can get the relief I so desperately need. NuggMD = Excellent service to register for your MMC (medical marijuana card) or RMC (recreational marijuana card). This site was recommended to me last year and was so completely satisfied with both their customer service my attending physician. This is my second year using NuggMD. Both times I was very surprised how quick it is to get this done. An application made, sent, reviewed by a doctor, a video chat (or phone call for this second time around) with a dr, Payment accepted, and a temporary ID sent to your email in less then 10 minutes flat. And that's with the wait time for a doctor. A small investment for the card, but it definitely pays for itself very quickly with the amount of money you save at dispensaries. If you're an occasional (or more) user of thc products, I highly recommend NuggMDs services.

Paid for the nuggMD recommendation, filed with OK state only to get rejected due to the letter the nuggmd docotor wrote not being filled out correctly.
