Quick and easy. I thought it would be just about obtaining the card, but the doctor asked why I needed it, if I was looking for a high, which terpene and canabinoids (sp?) I needed and what form of dispensing I was interested in. He then gave me ideas on what to look for...low thc, muscle relief, relaxation, balms or lotions. I really appreciated the time and consideration.

NuggMD falsely claimed they had a provider available in my area when they took my payment. Later to find their provider falsified his location information and the company had lost their other provider in the area.
