Renewing my card.Using NuggMD was the easy part. Did not take very much time and all the needed information was completed and the final copy return to me very quickly. The state portion was a hard bit. Their website is not user-friendly and definitely does not like me. Dealing with state staff in person was quick, helpful, congenial and successful. I will use NuggMD again in the future, when necessary. And I have no reservations about recommending their service to others.

its a little confusing at first but if you actually read everything through (its a lot) and do every step right it should work, im still waiting on an email back to get my temporary card so i can actually use it but so far the process is super simple.

I had a very positive experience so far with NuggMD. I get extreme anxiety just scheduling doctors appointments let alone talking to anyone on the phone, to where I will procrastinate things for months. The process for NuggMD was pretty simple for getting approval for my chronic migraines. I chose 4 stars instead of 5 because after approval the doctor needs to do a simple process which I was told directly from NuggMD triggers the automatic email from the state. I have seen online through other companies that the doctors did this immediately and they got their card the same day. Other companies have a similar process for approval but it seems many have doctors who are more efficient at uploading to the state allowing patients suffering ailments to receive what they need the same day. Other than that, I would recommend NuggMD.

I honestly did not expect NuggMD to be so quick. Within 10 minutes of entering their site, I was on the phone with a certified doctor. The phone call was short and sweet, and I am now a medical marijuana patient ??

I fully admit that at the beginning I was a little skeptical. Mainly because I am skeptical of anything where I have to put in a credit card number and am unsure of the outcome. I did have connection issues where once the payment was processed I had a screen that was a loading screen that said waiting for doctor. And it said that the average wait time was 5 to 15 minutes. Over an hour went by before I reached out to the help support and asked if there is an issue or what was going on. Within 2 minutes I was actually on the phone with the doctor and the approval was in within the next 15 minutes. Overall I am very happy as I was able to obtain my approval fairly quickly.REMOVEDlicense was super quick and I had the printed out license within 5 mins.

I was a little nervous, but it was very easy to do, especially when you consider there were no local doctors for me to go to. You fill out the information and then you are seen by a doctor after a few minutes. She was professional and kind. You do have to go back to the states website and buy your card, but otherwise it is really simple.

This was a super easy process. Since I was a renewal, I cannot speak to how the experience would be for an initial patient. My local provider added an in-person requirement with fee, on top of the certification fee. Switching to NuggMD was a no-brainer. I would definitely recommendand I already have.

Getting my medical marijuana card was so quick and easy! The doctor was kind and informative, and I got a digital PDF within minutes of hanging up with the doctor.

Simple process without having to leave my home since I cannot drive much anymore. I do like that the Dr made me aware that consuming this and driving is considered under the influence. I know it but Im sure there are those needing the mom talk!
