NuggMD makes the process of obtaining proper certifications for accompanying State License Applications and Renewals extremely easy. I have been a patient for three years and yesterday I was able to complete my license renewals from certification to approval in about three hours. The State approval really surprised me in that they had only given me a 60 day license expiration notice that afternoon.

The staff were extremely patient with me. They instructed me on how to get a recertification in plain simple language with a link to the process. Once connected, the whole process took only10 minutes.

Doctor Ulyanovskiy was engaging, polite, and asked all the right questions. I'm glad I chose NuggMD .

Easy process pretty good pricing only thing it took me a few days to get hooked up with a doctor. After using the message window they told me the doctors hours in my state and I went on during that time and it was done. Would suggest using this company.

They made the process easy and stress free. The Doctors are very knowledgeable and helpful. I live in Texas and everything is done online. This will go a long way to helping me sleep better being a Melanoma and Parkinson's fighter.

Signed up on the site to get my medical card, and it said that they had "Same day physician access", and that "Our medical cannabis doctors are available online from 8:00am-10:00pm (PST & EST) 7 days a week!". After signing up I try to do the consultation numerous times and it just told me, "Your doctor is currently offline. Please try again later". So I contacted support and it took them about an hour to get back to me when their support says 3 minutes. I was told that the New Mexico doctor is out on an emergency and to try back tomorrow. So I try back the next day and get the same doctor offline. I try to reach out to support yet again and get told their doctor isn't available on these days and to try back Monday. I talked to support again and get told that not all states have same day access and doctors available 7 days a week. So make sure you check with them prior to signing up if you're expecting same-day appointment. Once I got the appointment though it was a quick and easy process to get the rest of the process done.

The process is easy. Wait times are never excessive.

I felt the doctor was knowledgeable and REAL. He understood where I was coming from medically and asked appropriate questions to make his determination of whether to renew my med card or not. I have hope that not everyone will succeed in getting this very important medicine. Not everyone needs it.

Friendly helpful service

I've used a different service for the past 5 year renewals. I decided to give this company a try since they had a sale. The dr told me I would get my certification this evening (today). I received nothing. I'm chatting with johnika and she tells me 12 hours, then 1 minute later she tells me 24-48 hours. Those forms are preformatted and only info needs to be filled in. I dislike dishonest people, especially when my $ is involved. I will go back to my original company for future renewals. Don't trust what they tell you here. If there was a zer0 star I would rate them that for the blatant dishonesty

Fast easy process. Had my card within an eight hours. Dr. was understanding and caring. This is my fourth recertification with Nuggmd and I will be staying with them.
