I had my doctor'sREMOVEDwhich was great! I had accidentally put the wrong email and I told them! I haven't had my emailed changed the WHOLE day and I continue to check. I paid $150 and feel I deserve to have this fixed IMMEDIATELY, other than that... not too bad!

The process was quick and easy, a doctor called me back within minutes even after my browser crashed while waiting for my virtual appointment.

Everything went great. Within 15 minutes i spoke to a Doctor who discussed my issues. After a quick chat the Doctor proceeded to tell me i was certified. Just waiting now for my certification letter so i can start speaking with my dispensary.

It was an easy process. I didn't do anything but sit and the doctor took care of everything. Between the NuggMD process, registering with my state and filling out theREMOVEDform, I was licensed and ready to roll in 2 hours.

This was the first time Ive done this and found it extremely easy to do. The process was fast. Yes I had to wait for a doctor. 15 to 20 mins for a doctor but thats to be expected. When you go into an office you have to wait there too for your turn. I appreciate the fact someone was there to IM as I thought I exited the waiting room accidentally. HoweverREMOVEDwas able to walk me thru what to do and stayed on with me. The only reason I didnt give a 5 was Im a person who believes there is always room for improvement no matter what.

I have to say the staff is amazing. The process was smooth and almost painless. Being an older vet and not a computer guy they walked me through the process and made it easy. For me being treated with (respect) shows that the company and staff cares about what they do. I highly recommend.

Waited about 10 min and the doctor was ready. I was a little confused so I texted help and someone kindly popped up to inform me the DrREMOVEDwill start soon. And it did was very professional and was very clear.

This site is terrible!! Not user friendly at all. Convoluted instructions in order to send the approved application to my state to get their approval never worked. Maybe they should hire a professional web maker, because this website is wonky. I did notice that they quick to take my money without my ability to finish the process. Im now stuck in limbo, because I cant complete the process. Oh and I read the below comments giving 5 stars. These comments are not to be believed

I am profoundly deaf and I was happy to know that the people who work at NuggMD were very patience with me while talking with me over videophone. Most of them have never heard of videophone nor receive a videophone call before so it was a new experience but their services were excellent and their willing to work with me was great! I left Zen Leaf happy and feeling good.

I was hesitant about getting a marijuana card. I researched all the other companies and decided on NuggMD. I expected a hassle from start to finish. I was so surprised how easy they made it for me. I had an issue during payment where I was stuck and I contacted the online help (very kind and efficient) and I was able to refresh the page and continue with the process. I did a voice call with the doctor who was very compassionate about my condition and just put me at ease. After the call I received the approval email with instructions on how to proceed. I cannot stress enough to read the instructions carefully. If you follow them to a tee you will not have a problem. I uploaded the required documents to the State and waited for it to process. I logged into the state account the next day and seen my approval. I received emails from NuggMD following up with me offering any assistance if I needed it. I started the application at 12:55pm on a Tuesday and I received my State Approval at 9:00a
