Terrible company they would not increase my allotment even after I showed them my hospital records of my lung collapsed I am not able to smoke so I only take edibles which use more. Also the reps are very disrespectful they only care about money would strongly advise going elsewhere green script was a great experience for me!!!

Terrible company wish I would of spend my money elsewhere my allotment is as low as possible and I recently had a collapsed lung so now I only can take edibles and the doctor will not raise it even knowing my lung collapsed also they charge fees for everything it shouldn’t cost money just to ask your doctor for advice or even speak with them there reps where disrespectful and hung up on the phone do not use this company there are plenty more faster and cheaper companies in Maryland

Scam you on i.d. cards. I like the doctors. But when you order the i.d. card--it should be included, but instead it costs $25.00--they never send it. So, I re-ordered. Still never sent. Then I started writing them about it. They gave me like 10 excuses. Bottom line--they never mail. They can't show ANY tracking on either order. They just keep your money!

So I moved toREMOVEDand I applied to get my cannabis card through NuggMD and I paid for a 3 year medical card. They sent me a California license without my consent. I did not have my Nevada license at the time so they decided themselves to mail me a CA medical card to my Nevada address. If thats not enough to complain about. I cannot use this card inREMOVEDorREMOVEDand have had it for 5 months. I asked for a correction and they offered me a $75 credit for this fREMOVEDk up after I spent $300. $75 isnt even going to cover 1 year for a NV license. I cant get my meds out here bc Im from NE and myREMOVEDcant prescribe me meds inREMOVED. This is so wrong on so many levels.Business ResponseDate:03/16/2026REMOVEDapplied inREMOVEDwithoutREMOVEDID. The system is set up to send them to CA if they answer no to theREMOVEDID questions, asREMOVEDwill accept a CA recommendation as long as they use the card and not the recommendation letter. Had he reached out sooner once he received the card and letter in the mail, we could have addressed and refunded then.The $75 credit we offered is already a meaningful accommodation given how much time has passed since the original purchase. Doctor was very helpful and very kind

I received an email saying that I have a free renewal this year so I responded but they charged me. I started a chat with Vincent and he declared my email was "a mistake". No explanation and after last years debacle about the Doctor not sending my renewal and that took 5 emails to finally get. I sent proof but that wasn't good enough. Forget it I'll do business somewhere else.

They took my money and gave me nothing in return. I had to spend more money with another company. Will never use Nugg MD again.

Not very helpful! I used a differant company for my last card. They responded quickly and when I needed an alotment adjustment was very helpful. Wish I could say the same for Nugg MD. Feom the beginning it was a hassle When I reached out for help my question was never answer but asked to answer a survey in how they did.when a brought it to there attention it was noth but excuses and why they couldnt help me. Glad theres many other companies out there!

I've used NuggMD for years. They're efficient and get it done right. When I've forgotten to renew my card or the cert, they've pinged me so I wouldn't lose coverage. I'm extremely satisfied.

found the process to be confusing click on link to see doctor than they have you set a time. it says to than log on at that time. you do that & tells you doc not available . & than you set time again & again the same thing. with no other instructions given . to ask there help center to not really get an answer . than message after message after message to get a link for waiting room. ( link not provided on web page ) to go to that on computer to find you need cam & mic with no cam & mic. to try to log on with phone in the process of logging on . got a message that you are being marked as a no show for apt literally one minn latter. to back to help desk. seams web page has faults in links. web page lacks instructions. said would get e-mail at one point & got none. about an hour plus of time talking to help desk. in a 2 day multi times connecting with help desk. could not seam to get them to understand . to a point that I became angry & sorry to agents for words I said. but for real now . it would be far more simple if they just had a phone number to talk to someone . not every one is computer savey nor are phone savey. persons expressly ones requesting cannabis card have muscle conditions that limit how well & how fast they can type . & find it very frustrating to type. company needs to provide phone number for help to accommodate ones that need it in my opinion. it should not be you set a time & go back & back & back. it should be they tell you a time & ask if time works for you . & do a simple phone call to you at that time.
