Great service

Complaint:This service completely failed me during what should have been a simple medical card renewal. I was kicked out of the virtual waiting room within seconds every time I tried to join. I followed every step, stayed on the correct page, provided multiple screenshots, and reached out to support as soon as the issueREMOVEDfirst claimed I left the room I hadnt. I contacted them because their system wasnt working. Instead of owning the issue, they pushed the blame on me. They even told me directly that the doctor would call me but no call ever came. That one step couldve fixed everything. They had my number. They acknowledged it. And then they simply refused to call.Instead, they denied my renewal without a single attempt to speak to me. No contact, no evaluation, no humanity. Just a cold rejection based on broken tech and falseREMOVEDmake matters worse, I was told I wouldnt be charged. That was a lie. I showed proof I was. They called it pending, ignoring the fact that the money was already deducted.This was a total breakdown of a basic process. A call couldve resolved everything, but instead I was gaslit, blamed, and denied care without cause. As a 100% disabled veteran, I deserved better. What I got was negligence and disrespect.If you see a glowing review for this service, its either written by a paid shill, a company plant, or someone whos never actually used it. If your good with the technology, of the modern world it"s doable. If your not you will never get your online application done. I'm 72 and had to have my son help me ALOT. I would of given up with out his help. They are legit, just not senior citizen friendly

Perfect experience using NuggMD again to get my medical license renewed. Fast, easy, nice doctors who are helpful. The only reason for one star off was due to feeling pressured to spend more money to upgrade {twice} after all done approving. And, luckily I only did it once because the items that I could get this "big" discount were not anything I'd use. At the same time, this would not make me avoid them again as they are good. I just will not buy any "extra upgrades" in my case.

You definitely get good customer service, pretty fast service as well , so no complaints threre. But today. I went to a medical cannabis store, and they had and they were advertising a company that offers a medical cannabis card for $89.00. NuggMD charges 139.00. They other place is well known as well, in fact I think it’s more well known then NuggMD. I don’t want to bash NuggMd, as I should have shopped around, so that’s my fault. KG

Very quick and easy to do.

I loved the easy access, the steps were simple to follow, and they put me in contact with a doctor the same day. Only downside is said doctor is slow in getting me the actual prescription (10 days and counting since being approved...). While I appreciate the same-day visit, it seems a very simple thing for the doctor to write it up the same day as well.

I just went thru renewal for first time, which was easy to navigate on website. My doctor was a cancer survivor and was empathetic and caring about my condition. The renewal was easy and a good experience.

Super easy and fast to get set up if your eligible. Wish I did it sooner. Got my med card same day (temporary).

Very pleased with my first experience with NuggMD completed my application online payed for the service and instantly I was connected with my doctor and approved then went to PA website payed them and now I’m waiting for my card it all took less than 15 minutes this is going to help me with my anxiety and bad knees thanks NuggMD

I was recommended by a local pain specialist to obtain a NJ Medical Card from NuggMD several years ago. It was the best chronic pain relief in years without prescribed medication. The user-friendly application process was easy. The doctor appointment was and continues to be with a nearby & local South Jersey physician. This is a big plus.
