I followed the steps on the website starting at 12 pm and I was finished at the dispensary by 4:20 pm. No glitches. I am pleased and it was worth the $$$. No reason not to give them 5 stars.

This was a very simple and easy website to complete would recommend it to anybody who is looking for a medical marijuana card

Great company, made the entire process easy to understand. The Doctor was very helpful and listened to my concerns and symptoms and made a recommendation. The way the site lays everything out, the price the helpfulness have all exceeded expectations!

On August 5th I renewed with nuggmd for 3 years and met with a doctor to renew my prescription. I was told I was all set. On September 8th I visited a dispensary and was told my prescription was never sent in by my doctor. When I requested an explanation from nuggmd, I received apologies and was told the provider was having personal problems and 'forgot' to submit my prescription after Sept. 1. No good faith effort was made to make this right other than submitting my prescription, which was messed up from the beginning. Apologies cannot give me the time, stress and effort back that I spent trying to figure out what went wrong. At the very least, a partial refund is due to me for the time when my service was not completed as contracted.Business ResponseDate:10/20/2025Hello,Im really sorry for the delay and the trouble this caused. Literally the best. They don’t over sell, they are literally ASAP time frames. Would recommend to anyone.

Last year when I got renewed through this service it was instant and right after the appointment I was good to go and had my prescription, this year they told me it would take 48 hours, the only reason to use this service was because of how fast they were and it’s clear they just want to waste your time now

I was charged the full 3 yrs and only got to use my card a yr before it expired, and I was told I had to re see the Dr again. This is total BS. People don't have that time.

Very easy process. I was able to get my evaluation at a discount only $49 for a year. The doctor had great bedside manner, knowledge of the products & how it can help. I got in a telehealth video visit with him in about 10 minutes. They only charge you if approved. The yearly renewal fee is $50. These are the cheapest prices in Texas for a prescription, takes very little time & the process is easy & quick.
