From there, I was sent an email with further instruction on how to complete my states form. This is about as easy as it gets, and I would recommend this site to anybody.

Kinda skeptical at first, I didn’t care for the block you have to check saying you accept the HIPPAA terms but it’s just a form allowing them to sell your info. Don’t check that box. Other than that it was easy. Card in less than 24 hours. They do the paperwork and file it with your state, your state determines how long it takes to get your card. It is NOT always instant!
