Very professional and excellent customer service

What can I say...I started the application process around lunch time, had my consult via video chat about 15-20 minutes later, started my state application, and by the end of the afternoon...I was approved and had my card. Definitely recommend...and they have codes for discounts.

I have not received my approval for my application that I just did on Monday at paid $219 but have been asked to do a review. Could you please send/resend my approval for my application.

The doctor and her team are very nice and they are on it if you need something or help with something. Having my card has been great and helped in many ways with many things.

I would love to give you a great review. However I’m still waiting on my certification. I received an email telling me to sign in and give them my ssn to finish the process. When I got on the site it wouldn’t process my ssn. After entering three numbers it would freeze. I’ve notified them, no response yet. My bank account has already been debited the fee.

I've used them twice now and both times they have been amazing. The doctors are kind and make sure to answer any questions and are just overall friendly. It's nice to be able to speak to someone about this stuff and not have them judge or look at you like you're applying to be a druggie of some sort.

Needed a renewal for my medical card. The physician I normally use didn't have any openings for two months. My dispensary recommended NuggMD along with a discount code. The whole process took literally less than half an hour, I was certified with my state the same day. NuggMD made the certification process easy and affordable any questions I had were quickly answered by their customer service team.
